We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Due to hygiene and safety standards, certain textile items and customized pieces may not be eligible for returns.

To request a return, simply contact our support team with your order details and reason for return. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions for sending the item back. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery along with photos for verification. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund based on your preference.

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
